WINHUB придбав земельну ділянку для будівництва першого логістичного парку в Київському регіоні та представив проєкт на міжнародній виставці MIPIM у Франції.

WINHUB has acquired an 18-hectare plot of land for the construction of a modern Class A logistics park and is moving into the active phase of the project. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

This is the first of ten planned sites for the WINHUB project. The remaining plots are scheduled to be acquired in 2026–2027. The entire project consists of ten phases, each covering an area of 100,000 square meters.

WINHUB represents $1 billion in direct investment for the construction of 1 million square meters of Class A warehouse space in Ukraine.

The first plot acquired by WINHUB is located in the village of Mriya, part of the Dmytrivska territorial community in the Bucha District of Kyiv Oblast. The plot is situated 7 km from Kyiv on the E40 international highway. This highway runs through France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan, providing direct transportation links to Kyiv, Europe, and the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine.

The logistics park’s location also offers convenient access to the E95 highway, which provides direct road access to Ukraine’s southern regions and the ports of Odesa. This location creates a direct road corridor for tenants from Kyiv to EU countries. The distance to Ukraine’s western border is approximately 550–650 km, depending on the direction, which averages about 8 hours of travel time.

WINHUB is a network of next-generation logistics parks. The project involves the construction of
Class A warehouses with a total area of 1 million square meters along the main transport corridors
between Ukraine and the EU in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Dnipro.
