WINHUB and White Star Real Estate have signed a commitment letter for the joint development of a logistics park valued at approximately 80 million U.S. dollars, which will be located in the village of Mriya in the Kyiv region
The commitment letter for the joint development of the logistics park was signed during the “Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026” in Gdańsk. The signing ceremony was attended by Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine; Ruslan Shostak, founder and co-owner of WINHUB; Peter Huntley, CEO of White Star Real Estate; and Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. The project is expected to begin this year, provided all necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.
WINHUB, a Ukrainian warehouse developer, and White Star Real Estate, a leading real estate developer and operator in Central and Eastern Europe, have joined forces to build a Class A industrial and logistics park in the village of Mriya in the Kyiv region.
The project, covering an area of approximately 90,000 square meters with a total investment estimated at $80 million, will be implemented in five phases on an 18-hectare site. The first phase of the project will involve the construction of warehouse facilities covering approximately 20,000 square meters, and is currently scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The complex is strategically located 7 km from Kyiv, along the E40 “Kyiv–Zhytomyr” highway, providing direct access to key transportation corridors connecting Kyiv with Western Ukraine and the European Union. International financial institutions and contractors are expected to participate in the project.
“In recent years, URC has truly become one of the largest platforms for signing international partnerships aimed at developing the Ukrainian economy. The agreement between WINHUB and White Star Real Estate exemplifies the transition from memorandums of understanding and letters of intent to concrete actions. Behind each of these lies investment in our economy. I would like to thank the Ukrainian business community, which is becoming a reliable platform for attracting foreign capital, as well as foreign investors—for their trust and willingness to join in building a new Ukraine,” said Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
“Our partnership with White Star Real Estate, a leading real estate developer and operator in Central and Eastern Europe, is an important step for us and a positive sign for the Ukrainian economy. This demonstrates that even amid the war, international companies are ready to collaborate on projects that are crucial for the country’s development and to work side by side with Ukrainian businesses. For us, transparency, accountability, and long-term commitment are the fundamental principles of such cooperation. “I would also like to thank the Ukrainian government for its support,” said Ruslan Shostak, founder and co-owner of WINHUB.
“We remain committed to supporting Ukraine’s long-term recovery through projects capable of generating positive economic and social impacts. Following the presentation of our project in Bucha during last year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, this partnership marks another important step in our activities in the Ukrainian market. “We believe that modern logistics infrastructure will play a vital role in Ukraine’s economic recovery and its integration with European markets. This conviction underpins our partnership with WINHUB—a partner that shares our long-term vision for Ukraine’s development,” noted Peter Huntley, CEO of White Star Real Estate.
The implementation of the agreements regarding the joint development of the logistics park and the corresponding investments is scheduled to take place after all necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained in accordance with applicable law.
