WINHUB has acquired a second plot of land for construction in Kyiv

WINHUB is expanding its presence in the Kyiv region and has acquired its second plot of land since the beginning of the year for the construction of the Class A logistics park WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT

WINHUB has acquired a 26-hectare plot of land in the Prystolichna community of the Boryspil District in the Kyiv region for the construction of the Class A logistics park WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT. Construction of the first phase at this site is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026.

The acquisition of this new plot marks the next stage in the development of the WINHUB network of logistics parks and the expansion of the project in the Kyiv region.

WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT is one of the key facilities in the network of next-generation logistics parks. The park’s total area is approximately 160,000 square meters. A total of four construction phases are planned for this project.

WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT is creating a business ecosystem and providing access to a comprehensive range of infrastructure and services to ensure seamless, efficient, and comfortable work and leisure experiences for all residents and visitors. The park will feature a Welcome Center that combines office, service, retail, and ancillary functions for residents and visitors.

The project is being implemented according to schedule. By 2032, thanks to WINHUB, Ukraine will have modern logistics parks with a total area of 1 million square meters. Active negotiations are currently underway with financial partners. Package and customized proposals for cooperation are being prepared for potential tenants.

“Since the beginning of the year, we have acquired the second of ten plots planned for the construction of logistics complexes as part of our WINHUB project. Against the backdrop of constant enemy attacks on Ukraine’s warehouse and transportation infrastructure, such a decision may seem unusual. But we are convinced that the country’s future logistics potential is being shaped right now. And we continue to invest in it.

WINHUB is not just about 1 million square meters of modern warehouse infrastructure. It’s about new jobs, the development of related industries, attracting international capital, and economic growth. According to our estimates, every $1 invested in logistics can generate up to $5 in added value for the economy.”

Ukraine must be rebuilt not after the war, but during the war. Every new investment today is more than just square meters or concrete. It is a signal to the world that Ukraine is not only fighting but also developing.

At the same time, Ukrainian business must become a pillar of support for Western investors—creating infrastructure, partnerships, transparent rules, and an environment of trust for international capital,” said Ruslan Shostak, president of TERWIN Corporation and founder of WINHUB.

As a reminder, WINHUB recently acquired an 18-hectare plot of land in the village of Mriya, part of the Dmytrivska territorial community in the Bucha District of Kyiv Oblast.
