The WINHUB logistics project, implemented by TERWIN Corporation, was presented at the first-ever Ukraine–EU Business Summit in Brussels. The project was among the eight key investment initiatives presented by the Kyiv School of Economics during a panel discussion on investment opportunities in Ukraine.

The summit was organized at the initiative of the European Commission and served as a platform for dialogue between European and Ukrainian businesses, government officials, politicians, and analysts. The event was opened by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and European Commissioner Marta Kos. The Ukraine–EU Business Summit in Brussels served as an important platform for deepening Ukraine’s economic integration with the European Union. The event provided updated information on key EU financial instruments and new cooperation mechanisms to promote investment in Ukraine.

WINHUB is a large-scale network of next-generation logistics parks that creates an ecosystem for business development and growth in Ukraine. The project involves the construction of over 1,000,000 m² of modern Class A logistics space in four key cities with populations exceeding one million, located along the main transport corridors between Ukraine and the EU: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The total investment amounts to $700 million.

“Ukraine needs large-scale infrastructure projects that will attract investment and stimulate economic growth. Every billion dollars of investment can add between 0.5% and 1% to Ukraine’s GDP—depending on the multiplier. In logistics, this effect is particularly noticeable: every hryvnia invested generates about 7 hryvnias in total economic impact. WINHUB has the potential to become a driver of large-scale economic growth in the country. It could create about 20,000 new jobs—both temporary during construction and permanent in logistics, services, and related fields. Such large-scale infrastructure projects do more than just inject funds into the economy—they serve as a catalyst for systemic changes across many sectors. As the company behind one of Ukraine’s largest investment projects, we strive to create precisely this kind of multiplier effect,” said Ruslan Shostak, President of TERWIN Corporation.

To achieve this multiplier effect and stimulate GDP growth, TERWIN Corporation has created the “Building Ukraine” platform to engage Ukrainian manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of the WINHUB logistics project. This will support domestic production and enable Ukrainian businesses to grow.
