As part of the “Building Ukraine” initiative, TERWIN invites ambitious and reliable domestic manufacturers and contractors to participate in the WINHUB infrastructure project. After all, all investments should remain in Ukraine, grow, and work for the benefit of the country.

The WINHUB project involves the construction of over 1,000,000 m² of modern Class A logistics space in four key cities with populations exceeding one million, located along the main transportation corridors between Ukraine and the EU: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The total investment volume is $700 million. The anchor tenants will be the national retail chains EVA and VARUS.

They don’t just inject funds into the economy—they trigger a multi-level wave of change. Every $1 billion in investment can add between 0.5% and 1% to GDP. The multiplier effect of investments in logistics is particularly powerful: 1 UAH of investment can generate 7 UAH in economic impact, as well as approximately 20,000 new jobs. WINHUB has the potential to set off a major economic wave. It is important for us to create a multiplier effect. That is why we are relying specifically on Ukrainian contractors—the companies that will build our logistics hubs. Our goal is to give a boost to the development of Ukrainian business and contribute to GDP growth,” said Ruslan Shostak, President of TERWIN Corporation.
