TERWIN, що реалізує проект WINHUB, підписала меморандум про співробітництво з DELTA Ukraine на MIPIM 2025 в Каннах

WINHUB, a large-scale project to develop Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure implemented by TERWIN Corporation, signed a memorandum of cooperation with DELTA Ukraine, a subsidiary of the international company DELTA AG, during the MIPIM 2025 international real estate and investment exhibition in Cannes.

During MIPIM 2025, WINHUB signed a memorandum with DELTA Ukraine, a leading international architecture, engineering, and consulting firm that provides a full range of services in the construction and real estate sectors. Under the memorandum, DELTA Ukraine will provide expert support in the development of WINHUB’s next-generation logistics parks—assisting with the development of concepts and technical solutions for construction.
 

The WINHUB infrastructure project is a large-scale network of Class A logistics hubs with a total area of 1 million square meters across four regions of Ukraine. The planned investment amounts to approximately 700 million U.S. dollars. WINHUB is a comprehensive infrastructure and business ecosystem that currently has no equivalent in Ukraine. The project will create new jobs at state-of-the-art logistics facilities, around which an extensive network of related businesses will develop. WINHUB meets the highest international standards and is based on the principles of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and ergonomics.

The corporation presented the WINHUB project as part of the Ukraine at MIPIM initiative, which brings together leading Ukrainian companies and cities at a collective booth. Ukrainian participants have been presenting their projects at this prestigious platform for 20 years, using it to attract international partners and support economic recovery.
