WINHUB Has Joined the International Business Community

The company has joined several chambers of commerce and industry simultaneously.

Throughout 2026, WinHub sequentially joined a number of international organizations targeted at key investor countries and industries:

  • AHK Ukraine — German-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (450 members, part of a global network of 150 offices across 93 countries). Membership provides direct access to German industrial and logistics companies seeking land for production, participation in specialized construction and infrastructure committees, and official status as a developer verified by the German Chamber.
  • NUCC — Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (190 members). Provides access to Norwegian investors in renewable energy and agricultural processing—sectors requiring large tracts of land—as well as to Norwegian grant and investment funds.
  • UKRCHAM — Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce (120 members, with access to the broader network of the Czech Chamber of Commerce comprising 16,000 members). Serves as a channel for Czech machinery manufacturing and logistics companies seeking sites for production facilities and terminals.
  • ICC Ukraine — The national committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) global network, which unites over 40 million companies worldwide. Membership ensures the inclusion of WinHub land plots in official investment catalogs for foreign delegations and provides access to reconstruction projects through cooperation with regional and local authorities.

Next in line is the Danish Business Association in Ukraine, where an application for membership has already been submitted. Danish businesses are actively funding reconstruction projects and seeking sites for new hubs, making this chamber a logical addition to the portfolio.

Why Is This Important for an Industrial Site Developer?

International chambers of commerce and industry and business associations are not mere formalities—they are practical tools for finding foreign investors and establishing fruitful partnerships.

Bilateral chambers — such as the German-Ukrainian, Norwegian-Ukrainian, and Czech-Ukrainian chambers — bring together companies from specific countries that are already operating in Ukraine or considering entering its market. Membership provides direct access to this community without intermediaries: newsletters, member directories, industry committees, business missions, and networking events where projects can be presented directly to decision-makers.

For WinHub, as a developer of industrial parks and operator of a program preparing land plots for foreign manufacturing, this channel is virtually irreplaceable by cold calls or traditional advertising. Chamber membership immediately answers the primary question any foreign investor asks: “Who are you, and can you be trusted?”

Chamber membership alone does not build a factory. However, it opens doors to conversations that would otherwise take months to initiate. For a company offering foreign manufacturers full-cycle site preparation and a structured financial guarantee, that initial conversation is often the first step toward a closed deal.
